Kimberly S. Hart
NCBTMB, NGH, Minister
Kimberly has always had a passion for Natural Health and Indigenous Healing Methods. She has been actively practicing in holistic health since 1993, when she founded Adagio Holistic Therapies, LLC. Through personal and professional experience, she has integrated and formed a unique method of working with clients and students. Kimberly employs indigenous philosophy, and techniques taught to her by Elders of Central America, including Elders of the Maya, Aztec, Nahuatl, Otomi and Mixteca, as well as Western, Ancient European, and Eastern traditions.
As taught by the Elders in the indigenous lineages, we assess, work with, and treat the whole of an individual. This may include spiritual, emotional, physical, cultural, environmental, and nutritional aspects. For this class we will be focusing on the emotional and spiritual.
A few years ago, Kimberly was given the mandate by her one of her most recent teachers, Rita Navarrete Perez, to teach the knowledge she has learned, so that the medicine is shared, and the healing can expand and spread in the world and benefit more communities.
Kimberly has traveled, lived and studied in Central America with the Elders since 1997. She is an ordained Minister, NCTMB, Certified Hypnotherapist, Herbalist, Maya Abdominal Practitioner and Instructor, and practices and teaches Curanderismo.
